How to Export Your Outlook Address Book
Applies to MS Outlook 97, 2000, 2003

Open MS Outlook and click
Mailbox - Yourname

Then choose File, Import and Export, Export to a file.
Click Next.

Choose Personal folder file (.pst)
Click Next.

Select Contacts from the Explorer style folder list. Tick "Include subfolders".
Click Next.

Browse to a memorable location (like the desktop) and name your address book with a meaningfull name (like Address_book_110107)
Click Finish

Importing your Address book looks almost identical except in a kind of reverse. You start by "Importing from file" and following what (for you) will now be obvious steps.
